Review of website and LinkedIn

We’ve completed a review
of your online presence

We have analysed your existing digital footprint from the perspective of those most likely to award you work. Expand our findings below:

Website
  • Positioning and messaging Clear and well articulated. “Precision, Integrity, Compliance” does real work, and the service copy is technically strong, particularly on damp and mould and on expert witness. No action required
  • Team and credentials No named surveyors, no MRICS designations, no RICS firm registration number, no insurance detail, no policy documents. This is the first thing a PSQ asks for. Requires attention
  • Services section, structure “Contract Administration and Project Management” appears as a heading five times. “Feasibility Studies” has no content beneath it. Requires attention
  • Enquiry capture The form collects a name and an email address. No telephone number, no message field, no indication of which service the enquiry concerns. Requires attention
  • Imagery Multiple empty image placeholders across the services and values sections. Requires attention
  • Regulatory content Awaab’s Law, HHSRS, Section 11 and CPR Part 35 all referenced correctly. Sound material, but positioned mid-page where a buyer scanning for ninety seconds will not reach it. Requires attention
  • Platform Built on a website builder whose content cannot be exported, so any change of platform requires a rebuild, which the content needs regardless. Requires attention
LinkedIn
  • Page setup and call to action The page has to move people to your website. That means a completed About section, services and specialties filled in, a banner rather than the grey default, and a call to action button pointing at the site. Without it the page is a dead end: buyers arrive, read, and have no route to the evidence that would qualify you. Requires attention
  • Posting frequency Consistency matters more than volume. Two to three posts a week keeps you in front of your audience and is the point at which the platform starts showing your content beyond the people already following you. Below that, the page is effectively dormant between instructions. Requires attention
  • Visual identity Your posts should be recognisable before a word of them is read, the way a familiar mark is recognised on a shelf. A consistent set of templates means your audience knows a post is yours while they are still scrolling past it, and repeated recognition is what builds familiarity with buyers you have never met. Requires attention
  • Route from your website You have a company page, but your website carries no link to it anywhere, footer included. A buyer who wants to see who you are, before they are ready to make contact, has nowhere to go. Requires attention

None of this reflects the quality of your work. What matters now is aligning your online presence with the people most likely to send work your way.

Proposal 01

Website Design & Build

Your website is rarely where a buying decision starts, but it can play a large part in how that decision is validated.

Councils, housing associations and contractors should be able to immediately confirm your capability, experience and professionalism, making it easy to support your appointment.

Everything a buyer needs to verify, and nothing that raises a question you are not there to answer.
Our proposed page structure
Home
Positioning, sectors served and credentials visible without scrolling.
About & Our Team
Named surveyors, MRICS designations, professional background.
Services
Overview plus dedicated pages for Damp & Mould, Expert Witness & Disrepair, Condition Surveys & PPM, Contract Administration & Project Management, Party Wall and Home Surveys.
Sectors
Separate routes for Social Housing & Local Authority, Legal, Main Contractors and Private Client. Three different buyers, three different anxieties.
Credentials & Compliance
The page that earns its keep fastest, and the one most practices at your stage do not have. Every public sector buyer asks for some variation of the following. We know because we write the tender submissions and pre-qualification questionnaires responding to them every week.
  • RICS regulated firm status and registration number
  • Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Employers’ Liability insurance, with levels stated
  • Accreditations such as Constructionline, CHAS, SafeContractor and Cyber Essentials (where held)
  • Health & Safety, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Environmental, Modern Slavery, Data Protection and Quality Assurance policies
  • Your approach to social value, aligned to the TOMs framework
  • Resident-facing protocols and DBS arrangements for work in occupied homes
Where documents or policies don’t yet exist, we will build the framework so it can be completed over time, ensuring your website grows with you.
Contact
An enquiry form that captures service type, telephone number and actual detail.

Total £2,500 + VAT

£1,000 deposit, with the remaining balance paid on completion.
